Description:

Supply & install a 40 Gal. gas or electric State water heater with disposal of the old water heater included. Water heater installation is based on a standard water heater installation that there is a workable shutoff valve above the water heater and materials we supply consist of up to 3' of copper piping, 1' of vent flue piping & 1' of gas piping for the install. Any extra piping and/or valves that need to be installed will be extra. If you would like to move up to a 50 gal tank you can but there is an extra charge of $200.00 paid directly to In Law Plumbing!
